Refund & Exchange Policy

At Luma World, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

  1. Returns
    You may return your item within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

To request a return, please contact us at lumastore95@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items).

  1. Exchanges
    We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different colour or model (subject to availability). If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund instead.

  2. Refunds
    After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
