Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are kindly requested to inspect their bag carefully upon delivery before the courier leaves.

• Our courier will allow you enough time to check the design, color, size, and overall condition of the bag.

Manufacturing Defects

• If you receive a bag with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

• The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear proof (photos or videos).

• The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Once the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following:

– Replacement with the same product (if available), or

– Full refund via Instapay
