• Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the r original condition with no signs of wear, damage, cuts, stains, or modifications.

Manufacturing Defects
• If you receive a bag with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
• The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear proof (photos or videos).
• The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Once the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following:
– Replacement with the same product (if available), or
– Full refund via Instapay
